1 Mar 2009 13:21 » » Been a few months since I added anything here. Looks like Burton Hosting have sold out to gnax.net. Don't know how good they are, will just have to wait and see. I've still got to update all my puzzle pages as I have taken the forums of my website for the time being, nobody joined them. Just been wondering if anyone looks at my site? No one has signed my guestbook for a few months, I may change the design of my website don't know yet have to see how bad my arthritis gets.
2 Mar 2009 4:36 » » Still got a lot of pages to update, most of the Puzzle pages have links on them to the Puzzle Forum which I have deleted for the time being. Looks like gnax.net don't work at weekends, I just hope they honour the Burton Hosting - hostings they have taken over. I've still got a year left on my Hosting Package, got renew my Domain on the 22nd of this month. Just have to wait and see what happens.
4 Mar 2009 8:41 » » Still updating my web pages, taking longer than I thought it would. Got my Photo Gallery working and intergated into my pages.( I'm using Coppermine photo gallery. Taken me a couple of day to get that right, still could do with a couple more tweaks on it though. Still got a lot more pages to update.
6 Mar 2009 6:28 » » Finished updating my Photo Gallery for now, still got to update Coppermine 1.4.20 to 1.4.21 but at the moment my new web hosting is having prob's so will wait awhile before doing that, keep loosing access to the SQL database. Started cleaning up my pages taking all the dead links of. Still got about 100 pages to do in the Puzzles, got to take of all the link on them to forum I used to have running....
7 Mar 2009 0:33 » » I didn't realise how many pages there are to the Puzzles on my site got through updating half of the Puzzles so far, that's 80 Puzzles over 250 page have been updated, got the other half to do yet and the rest of my site to go through to find all the dead links.. got few more hour of work there..be glad when I done it all...

Also it's a good thing I did check all the Links, on the Myotonic Dystrophy page I got a Virus warning when trying to get onto the US support site? I've disabled the link for now But will keep trying it and put it back up when they have removed the Virus from their site....

Got my Coppermine photo gallery looking how I want it and intergrated into my web pages..I didn't realise how many pages are on my site nearly 1000 and my website site is just small compared to a lot of sites...

13 Mar 2009 6:12 » » I think I finally cleares all the dead links on my site....Talked to a couple of old friends yesterday said I was going to lay down for a couple of hours, turned out more than just 2 hours... fell asleep last night about 7pm and didn't wake till this morning just after 3am...Making up for the bad night I had wednesday only got about 4 hour interupted sleep....feeling fine at the moment, just a few aches in my hands when typing.. that will go soon as I've taken my medication...That's it for now..

I think I got all the page sorted for that evan done a spirit page... 1 good thing about last night for the first time in about a year I had a good night's sleep 9 hours of uninterupted sleep...put my head down at about 11:30pm and did not wake until just after 9am this morning.. a few aches and pains my back mostly.. took my medication feeling great at the moment just hope it lasts..LOL...

Had a realy bad night last night only got about 5 hours sleep and then I woke up about 6 during the night....Woke up this morning the pain in my back in bad but after taking my medicatition it just a dull ache...My Arthritis is realy bad today pains in my feet, ankles and knees...and my hands are bad as well keep having to stop typing..the should get better as the day progresess...Got a Doctors appiontment on Tuesday.. He'll proberly say the same as always nothing they can do just keep taking your medication... That it for now ..

Didn't thing I'd fall asleep all day... Woke up at 7:50pm so I didn't get much done today..LOL.... I get like that some times can't sleep at night but fall asleep all day...Got Doctor's appointment tomorrow.. Hope I get some sleep before then...

Went to the Doctors yesterday they say the same thing keep taking your medication... Got another Blood Test on the 31st of this month...Had a good night's sleep last night over 8 hours don't feel to bad today still got usual aches and pains....
19 Mar 2009 23:16 » » I've started using PSP7 (I know it's a very old version) I like PSP7 and the most up to date version only has a trial for 30 days I think and at the moment can't afford the new one so I'm stuck with v7. works ok in Vista... But at the moment I'm running Windowa 7 Bata on my laptop...It's a lot better than Vista and the way Microsoft are going with it I shall be in the shops as soon as it is out and buy a copy....that will be a first for me I always wait for 6 months or so and see what the write up are like for the new version of windows....

I did get about 3 hours of sleep before I woke with bad pains in my back and legs, at the moment it's my right hip that's hurting the most...took my medication all the pain are dull aches at the moment .. 22 Mar 2009 1:25 » » Looks like I'm up late again it's now 20 minuets past midnight....I did get some sleep yesterday about 7:30 in the morning untila little after 12 noon..don't know if I'll get any tonight...in a lot of pain at the moment and I can't take any pain killers until around 3am..been making some graphics again today only made 3 . Takes longer to do things now.. my hand are hurting at the moment (it's the Arthritis)..started typing this at 20 past....only one good thing about the arthritis I'm smoking less ass I roll my own cigarettes...
23 Mar 2009 3:42 » » Tried sleeping in my bed last night Iwish I hadn't ....woke about hour and half ago... felt like someone had just stabbed me in the back with a large needle... It's like when they stick the needle in your arm to take blood but times that by about 20 and that's what it feels like...and also all my joint are aching as well..just taken my pain killers about 30 minuets early couldn't stand the pain any more... Just have wait till I get my new bed...In the mean time will have to sleep in my rise and recline chair....

I fell asleep again at about 5:30pm been awake now for about 30 min's...missed tge 6 o'clock news...Just been thinking the clocks here in the UK go forward an hour on sunday....My daily blog/diary was never set to winter saving time was always on GMT same as the date format at the top of this page...Don't know why they have to keep changing the time backwards and forwards...I think the UK and US are about the only countries that do it...I think it's silly...
